SUMMARY OF POSITION

This position will be supporting the US Finance operations as it relates to financial reporting, quarterly forecasts, process improvements and ad-hoc analysis. The goal of this role is to help drive continuous improvement into faster and deeper analysis of financial results through the creation of better reporting tools and platforms.

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

The Financial Analyst reports directly to the Associate Director, FP&A. This position must demonstrate attention to detail, understanding of all aspects of the organizational financials and good project management skills to drive improvements in the underlying reporting and analytic tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:

• Support P&L, BS, CF long and short-term planning process
• Leading role in the creation of Monthly Management Reports for Executive Management
• Analyze financial statements, report, research and analyze variances and document drivers
• Develop financial models and create reporting packages for various department heads
• Support of cost savings initiatives
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by management
• Lead improvement projects to enhance efficiencies
• Must be proficient in SAP, BPC, PowerPoint, and Excel (Pivot tables, advanced formulas)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of Accounting or Finance experience
• Self-driven and able to excel with limited supervision
• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Willing to commit to long hours of work when necessary
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
