We are looking for a Sales & Product Coordinator. Position is onsite Monday-Friday, 8am-5p

Scope: Supporting sales and Customer Service. Formalize practices, capitalize on the know-how, and continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Study, align and merge Customer Services practices toward a comprehensive, standardized, effective and optimized way of working, including the SalesForce tool
  • Document practices, create or formalize procedures and workflows. Prepare work instructions relative to Customer service and Product coordinator to ensure efficiency, reliability and continuity.
  • Document and create procedures for Customer Service interaction with PPAP demands (i.e.: Sales Order creation, conditions to create a Work Order, transfer machine to machine etc)
  • Assist Customer service team on solving Customer Credit issues.
  • Handle/coordinate extraordinary transactions (selling or transfer of equipment, material etc) /create procedures to streamline future occurrences when relevant.
  • Assist Application Engineering department in part number creations on new materials.
  • Handle Samples (and miscellaneous) Sales orders and arrange shipping per customer specific requirements.
  • Handle Tax certificates review and approval process/follow up for any missing or expired certifications from monthly tax report.
  • Administration of customer portals
  • Analyze customer score cards and initiate corrective actions when necessary
  • Support price changes (run analysis, evaluate retroactive price impact, generate change letters to customers
  • Build tools/files to support Quotation process. Update quotes/ perform quotes on standard product range.
  • Backup customer service team when short staffed

To make sure nothing is forgotten
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Supply Chain required
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, QAD, CBOS).
  • Ability to make quick decisions, while dealing with multiple personalities.
  • Ability to work in fast paced customer/site environment.
  • Analytical skills to review data
  • Positive attitude / high energy
