Position Summary

At Mediahub, Insights & Action is our strategic muscle. The Communications Planners thrive on exploring changing consumer behavior, cultural trends, and competitive insights to discover new innovative solutions. They have an endless curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit.

The VP, Director, Insights & Action will drive the process for an integrated business, aligns and ensures all integrated disciplines are working together in support of the business. The VP, Director, Insights & Action must be a strong strategic contributor with ability to assemble thought leadership POVs, proposals and reporting. In this position, you will help us maintain our tremendous growth.

Responsibilities
  • Partners with finance and project management teams to ensure delivery and drive profitability.
  • Drives the process for an integrated business, aligns and ensures all integrated disciplines are working together in support of the business.
  • Plays an active role in conflict resolution. Identifies, manages, and resolves problems before they escalate.
  • Assembles strong strategic thought leadership POVs, proposals and reporting.
  • Aligns with client goals and act as a strategic partner to exceed them.
  • Contributes at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Understands Agency services, production processes, and creative development is essential.
  • Helps us maintain our tremendous growth.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience required; in related field (e.g. media planning, marketing, consumer research, strategy, etc.).
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), and Keynote
  • Communication: strong written and verbal communication required.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative), ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and close attention to detail.

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
