As a Data Analyst on the Corporate Services Reporting, Analytics, and Data (RAD) team, you will work closely with real estate team members, Corporate Services colleagues, and others across the enterprise to support the successful completion of strategic real estate planning and technology projects. The position requires a broad set of skills starting with the ability to communicate with customers, analyze their requirements, propose reporting solutions, and interpret large amounts of information supported by a collaborative, customer service focused attitude.

The successful Data Analyst will support long-term real estate initiatives, pivotal in shaping our corporate landscape. This role demands a strategic thinker to synergize with our real estate and Corporate Services teams, impacting our enterprise through advanced real estate planning and technological advancements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large data sets and identify trends and patterns
  • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts
  • Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Communicate and present findings, orally and visually in a way that can be easily understood by business counterparts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Mid-level to Advance experience in Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data analysis results to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven solid attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with software packages such as Python, R, SAS, or SPSS
  • Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL databases
  • Demonstrated basic project management and organizational skills
